Google Analytics and ShinyStat are activated only after the user has given consent via the banner shown on first visit. Without consent, these tools are not loaded and no analytics cookie is installed.
Processing is carried out using IT and telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes stated, ensuring the security and confidentiality of data at all times. Some data may be transferred outside the EU (e.g. to the United States, for Google Analytics), based on the safeguards provided by applicable law (standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).
Data collected through the contact form is retained for as long as necessary to handle the request and, subsequently, for the period required by applicable legal obligations. Analytics data collected by Google Analytics is retained according to the retention settings configured on the account (typically 14 months).
Pursuant to Articles 15-22 GDPR, the data subject has the right to obtain at any time: access to their personal data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing. Requests may be sent to info@gsarchitect.it.
The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it), should they believe that the processing of their data has occurred in violation of applicable law.
On the first visit to the site, a banner is shown allowing the user to accept or decline the use of analytics cookies. The choice made can be changed at any time by clearing cookies/browsing data in the browser and reloading the page: the banner will be shown again.
